Seattle Rock n' Roll!!!

My long weekend in Seattle was a blast! I never get tired of visiting this city. Despite some leg pain, I had a great run; my fastest half marathon yet(I credit the many down hill parts:). There were fun funky cool bands every mile of the run and it was great being part of such a fun event with nearly 30,000 runners. The weather was cool in the morning(perfect for our run) and sunny in the afternoon most days. We fit lots of other fun activities into the weekend too. We took the ferry to Bainbridge Island, sampled many yummy restaurants, cheered on the Sounders, and had a blast celebrating our run on Saturday night. Running and great friends, it doesn't get any better!
