Half Marathon

Had a great run for the S kinny R aven half marathon this year. I didn't beat my PR, but I felt great running and post race too! We even had a little sun to start the race. I am so excited for the Portland Marathon, now less than 2 months away. My official stats.

Soak up the sun...

I woke up to a gorgeous sunny morning and wanted to take full advantage while it lasted! So Folsom and I took to the coastal trail for a walk and of course some picture taking. As I enjoyed my walk in the sun I felt slightly guilty about bashing our rainy AK summer. That guilt soon subsided as the clouds rolled in soon after we'd arrived back at the condo:) Nonetheless it was a great morning on a beautiful trail.

Happy Birthday Tami!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful friend Tami. I have so many great memories of all our fun times together, it was hard to choose photos to post. From our Colorado days to Vegas to now where we live so far away from eachother, we've remained the best of friends. Tami is a loyal friend, wonderful mom and a true confidante. I admire her and cherish our friendship so much. Hope your day is special and upcoming year filled with much love and happiness. We will celebrate for real in October! xoxo

Kim's Baby Shower

We had a great time at the family tree baby shower in honor of Kim and baby boy Conkling. Megan even flew in from Colorado to sruprise the mommy to be! Everyone enjoyed Kim's favorite cravings: mac n' cheese cupcakes, mini PB & J sandwiches, and lots of yummy treats on the dessert bar. Thanks to everyone who made Kim's shower so special!
