I spent the weekend in Valdez, maybe one of my last trips for awhile now that the Conklings will be in the Anc! I was there to support Kim's Food Fest event as the omega-3 fatty acid expert, forcing me to reach far back into my brain(and the internet) for nutrition knowledge. Of course spending time with Hawkins, Folsom and the rest of the fam was an extra bonus. The event was a success and we had some great fall sunny weather too!Love fall!
