I've finally started a blog! I love reading them and have the perfect excuse to create one now that I have new condo adventures to write about plus all my other life happenings in the AK. I loved blogging my Europe trip(now three years ago!!) and look forward to writing about my everyday life. I think it's a great way to keep in touch especially with my lower 48 BFF's who I don't get to see very often. I moved into my new condo about a month ago and christened the new space with a St. Patrick's housewarming last weekend! I've nicknamed my new digs the sherbet condo because of all the fun crazy colors left behind by the former owners. It was a great turnout and we somehow managed to fill the place with about thirty people. I was overwhelmed with all the great gifts and felt so spoiled. Food and drinks were green and Irish to fit the theme-green jello shots for everyone :) It was a great time. I look forward to many more festive parties and some out of town visitors too I hope!
